Program Schedule & Registration

The official live sessions take place:
Thursdays from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST

During registration, you may notice an alternate time displayed due to platform limitations and scheduling flexibility. Please disregard any conflicting time on the registration page—all sessions are held Thursdays at 11:00 AM PST.

After registering, you will receive confirmation and reminder emails. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly, as all correspondence—including the Zoom link, reminders, and updates—will be sent there.

Payment Terms & Commitment

By registering for Soulworx, you are committing to the full 6-month program and agreeing to the associated monthly payments for the entire duration.

  • You will receive a monthly payment reminder on the 25th of each month.

  • Payments are due by the 1st of the following month to maintain access to the program.

  • Payments can be made via PayPal or Venmo (a follow up email will be sent for to note your preference).

  • Access to the live sessions, recordings, and any included 1:1 sessions with Kate is contingent on up-to-date payments.

Please Note:

There are no refunds of any kind.

If you miss a session for any reason, no refunds, partial refunds or credits will be issued.

All group sessions are recorded and made available via the Member Portal, so you can stay current with the content at your convenience.

By enrolling, you agree to complete all payments regardless of attendance.

1:1 Sessions with Kate (SoulySync Option Only)

If your registration includes private 1:1 sessions with Kate:

  • She will contact you directly to schedule these.

  • All 1:1 sessions must be completed within the 6-month program period.

  • It is your responsibility to keep track of the number of sessions used and schedule them in a timely manner.

  • Missed or overdue payments will pause access to the program and void any remaining 1:1 sessions until your account is current.

  • If you encounter any payment issues, please contact Kate to explore potential solutions.

Zoom & Attendance Guidelines

All sessions are hosted via Zoom. Please ensure you have:

  • Zoom installed with working audio and video.

  • Your camera on during live sessions whenever possible, to support a strong and connected group environment.

  • If you're multitasking or unavailable to fully engage, please turn off your video and mute your mic to avoid distractions.

Your presence, focus, and energy are appreciated.

Soulworx Member Portal

As a registered participant, you will receive exclusive access to the Soulworx Member Portal. This portal is the main hub for:

  • Weekly session recordings

  • Announcements & updates

  • Program materials and resources

  • Group questions, reflections, and communication

Please keep all communication within the portal respectful, appropriate, and related to the Soulworx content and Kate’s teachings. Any personal matters or unrelated topics should be addressed privately outside of the group setting. Kate has the right, at any point, to dimiss a member from the program if she deems necessary without refunds, partial refunds, or credits due to behavior that does not follow the guidelines of the program.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • Not at all. All Soulworx sessions are recorded and uploaded to the private Member Portal. You’ll have access to the full replay, so you can stay connected to the material even if you miss the live call.

  • By enrolling, you agree to complete the monthly payments for the full 6-month program. Payment reminders are sent on the 25th of each month, and payment is due by the 1st. If payment is missed or delayed, access to the program—including the Member Portal and any 1:1 sessions—will be paused until payment is current. There are no refunds.

  • If your registration includes the SoulySync option, you’ll receive private 1:1 sessions with Kate. These sessions must be scheduled and completed within the 6-month program period. Kate will reach out to coordinate with you, but it is your responsibility to keep track of how many you’ve used and to book them in time.

  • You’ll need:

    • A stable internet connection

    • Zoom (with working video and audio)

    • A quiet space where you can be present and undistracted

    • A journal or notebook to capture insights
