My Story

Looking back, I can see that every experience that lead up to a certain point was preparing me for what was to come, an event that would completely change the course of my life. And that every experience after the fact is an intentional choice to participate or not in my ability to seek truth.

In 2013, I lost my husband, Nick, to brain cancer after a three-year battle. He was 34. Left to care for our two young children, I faced what felt like the weight of the world and change while holding onto my roles as a mother and a Registered Nurse.

The greatest challenges during that time were finding a sense of peace amid chaos and longing for some feeling of his presence - that connection was all I wanted. To have just for a moment, a sense of what life was like before he left. Loss is unbearable in the moment. It strips away almost everything, leaving you raw and forced to make countless decisions in a heightened emotional state. I felt incredibly alone and so it was this sense of feeling that brought me closer and closer to what I needed most.

Through that experience, I learned that moving closer to the present moment, and tuning into what I truly felt was supporting and guiding me from a place of hope and love, was what I began to trust and lean on. I dug deeply into what I had sensed for so long: a heightened intuitive awareness. I think wehen the heart is so cracked open, it provides space that we otherwise wouldn’t choose. What I was being brought back to was the ability to know, even amidst so much uncertainty, the steps i stated needing to take, event though I didn’t always listen at first.

Two days after Nick’s passing, he visited me. That experience has embodied me ever since. It instilled two solid knowings: first, that there is life of some sort after death; and second, that because of how he felt in his presence, I could find understanding in how he could be where he was and feel okay with no longer being here with his family. From that day forward, what made more sense than anything is that he was still capable of helping me feel and know his presence and that through energy I began to better understand the other aspects of connecting to loving energy that brought peace, joy and hope back into my life. This is what I couldn’t articulate when I was younger and is what I believe so many of us experience and have a difficult time making practical sense of.

The most valuable lessons I’ve learned, and continue to share, are about building a foundation rooted in peace, trust, faith, and calm. They come from developing a deeper awareness of why we do what we do and how we operate energetically. I truly have found that for years and years, I operated out of so much stress, angst and a heightned nervous system which isn’t sustainable and didn’t direct or guide me in truth but out of fear.

Mediumship really helped to bring so much into focus including the concept of understanding energetic operation and the capabilitiy we have to shift our energy into this state while simultaneously heal and bring awareness to what no longer needs to stay trapped in the body. I discovered that while words can be powerful, it is the energy of feeling that brings the greatest peace, hope, and truth and allows for the vibrational relationship to love and hope -the energy of Spirit.

In 2019, I made the decision to leave my nursing career and follow the path that had been developing since childhood. Since then, I’ve connected with over 2,000 individuals who have passed, helping their loved ones find understanding, healing, and peace.

Over time, my work has evolved into a deeper understanding of energy itself, and the capacity to make sense of the puzzle pieces that create so much confusion internally and externally for myself and for others. This work weaves together the spiritual and the human aspects of personality, character, ego, and emotions so that what unfolds is rooted in understanding and clarity.

My work today is grounded in experience, integrity, and compassion. I bridge my medical background with intuitive awareness to help others recognize that energy, connection, and love continue beyond this life, and that this understanding can deeply support how we live every day.

I really have come to the understanding that we don’t always know what we need and the way it is best served but that if we are open and receptive, we will be guided in the most miraculous and supportive ways.
