By submitting payment, booking a service, or communicating with Kate Pendry Medium LLC, you agree to comply with the following terms and policies. We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our services, so please take a moment to review them in full.
Changes of terms to service
Kate Pendry Medium LLC reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms and policies at our discretion by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to review our website periodically for any changes. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If Kate Pendry Medium LLC, Kate, or company, books a session, event, workshop, mentorship for you, as asked by you, on your behalf, you agree that these terms still apply.
Legal Disclaimers
I enter into this agreement with Kate Pendry Medium LLC (“Company”), to confirm in this Agreement the conditions of my participation in the reading to be performed by Kate Pendry Medium, (“Kate”)
I acknowledge that I have voluntarily agreed to participate and request Kate, to perform this reading. I am aware that my participation in this reading is not a substitute for psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy, therapeutic counseling or any other form of professional therapy. I agree to and am voluntarily participating in this reading and I accept complete responsibility for my own psychological, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to obtain my own need for professional counseling and to seek such professional counseling, as needed, and statements made by Kate should not be used in place of any professional, medical, financial, or legal counseling I would ordinarily seek for professional advice.
I understand and agree that neither Company nor Rosen is responsible for decisions I may make based on the advice or information obtained from or in connection with the reading performed by Kate, and that neither Company nor Kate is responsible for the choices or decisions I make by visiting any website or location of Company or Kate or using any of the services offered by Company and/or Kate in regards to my finances, medical care, legal circumstances, career, or personal or professional life in any way.
I understand and agree that Company and Kate make no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to the accuracy, relevancy, or quality of the information conveyed by Kate, and do not assume and hereby disclaim any liability to any person or entity for any loss or damages (including, without limitation, physical, mental, special, indirect, incidental or consequential) caused in regard to any information and/or any suggestions or advice provided to me by Kate, or as a result of my use of Kate’s services, regardless of whether resulting from negligence, accident, or any other cause whatsoever.
For and in consideration of my voluntary participation in this reading, I, on behalf of myself and my assigns, heirs, executors, guardians and other legal representatives, release, discharge, waive and forever relinquish Company and Kate (including Company’s and Kate's agents, employees, officers and directors) from any and all claims, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with my participation or involvement in this reading including, but not limited to, any information provided to me or statements made during such reading.
I, on behalf of myself and my assigns, heirs, executors, guardians, and other legal representatives, release, discharge, waive and forever relinquish any actions or causes of action whatsoever which may later arise, and I agree that under no circumstances will I or my assigns, heirs, executors, guardians and other legal representatives, prosecute or present any claims against, sue, or seek to attach the property of Company and/or Kate (including Company’s or Kate's agents, employees, officers or directors), and that I waive all actions, claims or demands that I now or hereafter may have, for any injuries suffered by me during my participation or involvement in the reading, resulting from any acts or omissions of Company, Kate, or any agent, employee, officer or director of Company and/or Kate, or resulting from the acts or omissions of any other participant in the reading.
I, for myself and my assigns, heirs, executors, guardians and other legal representatives, hereby agree that in the event any claim for damages shall be prosecuted against Company or Kate (or Company’s or Kate's agents, employees, officers or directors) as a result of my acts or omissions, that I, or my estate, shall indemnify and save harmless Company and Kate (including Company’s and Kate's agents, employees, officers or directors), from any and all claims or causes of action by whomever and wherever made or presented for damages, including the cost and expense of defending the same.
To the extent that any lawsuit, claim or other formal proceeding arises out of or in relation to this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
I further acknowledge and understand that any information provided during this reading or any other statements made during same shall be considered confidential and shall not be disclosed except as required by law.
I have carefully read this Agreement and fully understand its contents, terms and significance and understand the legal consequences of signing this Agreement. I am aware that this Agreement contains a release of liability and a contract between myself and Company and I sign this Agreement of my own free will.
Policies & Terms Of Service
Payment Policy: Clients must be 18 years or older to schedule, pay, and participate in a reading/session/event. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Scheduled Time: Please be on time to your scheduled session. Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late starts. Kate will not be able to extend the appointment.
No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will be considerd a no show. No refunds will be given and you will need to book another appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: To reschedule your appointment with Kate Pendry Medium LLC, open your confirmation email and click the “Change/Cancel Appointment” link. Choose a new date and time from the available options, then confirm your changes. You’ll receive an updated confirmation email once your appointment is rescheduled. You may also contact Kate via email (Katependry09@gmail.com) up to 48 hours before your scheduled session to reschedule. Any appointment rescheduled or canceled within the 48 hours policy will be not be refunded. You will need to book another appointment.
Rescheduled Appointment by Kate Pendry Medium LLC: If an appointment needs to be rescheduled by Kate due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered an alternative time or full refund.
Non-participating Guests: Please note these sessions are for 1 person, unless it is a group reading. No additional attendees may sit during the reading or be in the room.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for completed sessions, readings, or appointments. Classes, workshops, and events are also non-refundable. Full refunds are available if Kate Pendry Medium LLC cancels the appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds are also available if you cancel your appointment within a 48 hour window.
Privacy Policy: Your personal information is kept confidential and used only for service delivery and email communications. We never sell or share your data with third parties, except for trusted service providers (e.g., Paypal or Venmo) needed to process transactions securely
Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances): In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, natural disasters, or other events beyond control), Kate Pendry Medium LLC will do our best to reschedule the session or issue a full refund, depending on the client's preference.
Intellectual Property: All materials provided during readings, sessions, or classes (including but not limited to written content, audio recordings, and visual content) are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Kate Pendry Medium LLC Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without express permission.
Accessibility & Accommodations: If you require accommodations due to a disability, please inform us in advance, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
Client Code of Conduct: Clients are expected to behave respectfully during readings and sessions. Disruptive behavior, including intoxication, loud interruptions or distractions, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session.
Health Conditions: Clients with serious health conditions (e.g., pregnancy or major illnesses) should consult a licensed medical professional before undergoing any energy healing services.
Digital Media
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
All materials paid or free, that you access on this, or any related domains are the sole ownership or licensed use of Kate Pendry Medium LLC.
