August at 02 Aspen, is 5 days of providing reconnection, energy alignment and clarity as Kate will be offering a limited number of private sessions as well a high vibrational community event.

Through the shared vision of wellness and holding intentional space for the body, mind and sirit, Kate and 02 Aspen come together for the third year in a row. Where the valley offers exceptional beauty and a natural healing energy from the land and mountains, this 3rd annual trip is one of Kate’s most cherished places to share light, joy and a unique experience for all, cultivating a sacred space to connect deeply.

8/11/26 - 5:30pm -7 pm: Your Connection to Light Community Event

This will be group event where Kate helps you attune to energetic alignment, reconnection and will provide spiritual guidance and direction. You may bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothes as the event will start with a meditation.
